MBIE and BERL report shows growth in the Māori economy |
Following the pre-release of Te Ōhanga Māori 2023 – The Māori Economy 2023 in late 2024, the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) and Business and Economic Research Ltd (BERL) are pleased to release the full report. It reveals good news on the growth front, with the Māori economic contribution to the Aotearoa New Zealand economy having grown from $17b in 2018 to $32b in 2023. | | | |
