Born and bred in New Zealand, Tower has been part of the Kiwi community for over 150 years. In that time, we’ve grown to operate across New Zealand and the Pacific Islands, providing our customers with cover for their houses, cars, contents, businesses and more.

While our heritage is important to us, we’ve also set our sights on the future and our goal is to meet the 21st century head-on with customer focussed, digital-first insurance solutions for Kiwis and their communities.

A changing climate is part of everyone’s future, and as a Kiwi insurer we have a unique role to not only take action ourselves but to help educate our customers and communities about climate change and the risks it presents.

Our initial focus is on measuring and reducing carbon footprint and finding ways to use the data and insights we have, to demonstrate the current and potential impacts of climate change and other risks faced by those living in New Zealand and the Pacific.

As a new member of the Sustainable Business Council, we are proud to start moving our sustainability programme forward and create a framework that reduces our carbon footprint and helps to mainstream sustainability.
