Ngati Whatua Orakei Whai Rawa Ltd

Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Whai Rawa Limited (WhaiRawa) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Trust (the Trust), established following settlement of the WAI388 Treaty claim in 2012. Whai Rawa is a property development and investment company, whose principal objective is to maximise the financial or economic returns to the Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Group, so it is able to support Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei whānau for generations to come.
