Building a Business Case for Nature Toolkit launch event (Christchurch)

We’re excited to invite you to the launch of the SBC’s Building a Business Case for Nature Toolkit – a practical resource designed to help organisations build a compelling case for investing in nature.

Whether your organisation is just beginning to explore nature-related opportunities or already taking steps to integrate nature into your strategy, this toolkit offers step-by-step guidance to help you understand the drivers (the ‘why’) and the approach (the ‘how’) for nature investment.

The toolkit includes four documents tailored for practitioners, providing clear and actionable insights to support decision-making and engagement across your organisation.

Part 1

• Hear from Beca, our technical lead in delivering the toolkit.
• Learn how the toolkit can support your nature investment journey.
• Ask questions and share your experience working on nature investment.

Part 2

• Explore how to apply the tools in your own context in a group setting. The Beca technical team will be available to respond to specific questions. NB: You will be sent an early-access link to review and consider the toolkit, so you can prepare and come with questions on applying it in your business context, at the working group session.

Spaces are limited so please register asap. There is a limit of 2 people per organisation. Registrations close Friday 31 October.

Additional offer for attendees

After the initial group session, Beca is happy to offer a one-on-one follow-up call to answer specific business questions and help you work through the toolkit application with their specialists (up to one hour per organisation).

If additional time would be helpful, this can be discussed directly with Beca and arranged under contracted hours.
