Alana has more than a decade of experience delivering events across the public and private sectors, from large-scale conferences and industry forums to workshops, stakeholder engagements and study tours.
She began her career managing major conferences in the education sector, including what was, at the time, the largest education conference in Australasia. Before joining SBC, Alana spent several years in the public sector leading projects, communications campaigns and events, including ministerial visits and announcements involving Ministers of the Crown and senior government officials.
Alana oversees SBC and CLC’s diverse events programme, including the Climate Change & Business Conference (CCBC), Aotearoa New Zealand’s leading conference focused on climate change and business.
Alana is based in Auckland.
