Sustainability Leadership Programme
The Sustainability Leadership Programme (SLP) will give you the connections, skills and confidence to make a measurable impact. You will grow as a leader and learn tactics to increase your influence beyond your current role and organisation.
Tailored to the New Zealand market, this leadership course gives you the chance to apply your learning to a real-life sustainability challenge your business is facing. A hands-on, intensive and enjoyable experience, you’ll also gain a network of other sustainability peers to lean on for advice and expertise.
SLP is a leadership programme. It is not about learning technical skills (e.g. measuring carbon emissions) for addressing sustainability.

BusinessNZ Network courses
The BusinessNZ Network courses meet key needs for small and medium businesses in New Zealand and are designed to be a one stop shop for specialist areas to build sustainability capability in your business. Through learning both online and face-to-face, the courses offer a vast range of learning and development opportunities and unrivalled opportunities to connect via the Network of members.
These courses are committed to developing next level immersion where connection with others, breakouts, quizes and more specifically designed learning activities help you get the most out of your learning. On these courses, you’ll bond with others on the same journey as you take action on these important issues.
SBC Spotlight Series
The SBC Spotlight Series is a monthly online event series designed to allow members a platform to come together and learn from one another. In each session, 1-2 members spotlight some of their recent mahi, the challenges, the learnings and more, and participating members have the opportunity to ask questions and kōrero.
As a subset of the Spotlight Series, we also offer bi-monthly Brilliant Basics Spotlights, designed to shed light on one of nine fundamental areas of sustainability and feature best practice on the ‘why’ and the ‘how’ from member organisations.
