Moving Beyond Diversity

During 2021, SBC held a series of three workshops for a design-thinking process to develop scalable initiatives that foster a greater sense of belonging within our workplaces. Participants from SBC member companies developed and tested experiments across a 5 month period. In our final workshop we heard from six organisations who shared their experiments and learnings to enable others to adopt their solutions. These solutions were in the following areas: Inclusive & transparent leadership, inclusive recruitment, supporting staff to bring and celebrate their whole shelves at work, inclusive meetings and courageous conversations.
