FUJIFILM Business Innovation New Zealand
With over 50 years of experience on New Zealand shores, Fuji Xerox New Zealand has succeeded in becoming an industry leader not only in IT, 3D printing, print management services and business solutions to meet our customers' needs, but also as a leader in sustainable business practice in our sector. We have experienced considerable growth over the last 10 years with a turnover now in excess of $300 million and hold the majority share of the New Zealand print industry.
Most recently, our recycling take-back product stewardship scheme has been accredited by the Minister for the Environment, Hon. Dr. Nick Smith, which is an industry first. We are only one of two e-waste schemes out of the 13 schemes that have been accredited in New Zealand, which is something we take immense pride in.
We also pride ourselves on being socially and environmentally conscious thus driving the way we do business through innovative CSR practices. Our approach drives our product stewardship scheme achieving a 99.7% landfill diversion rate of all our products, as well as our partnerships with AUT Business School and The Sir Peter Blake Trust in developing youth leadership programmes.
Our products hold the Environmental Choice tick and Energy Star ratings, ensuring our customers' efficiency, productivity and savings across their value chain. We have also obtained Chain of Custody Certification under both the FSC and PEFC schemes, as recognition of our efforts in promoting responsibly sourced paper. This means that our customers are also thus able to offset their own carbon emissions without impacting their daily operations. Taking environmental management seriously, all our branches are fully ISO 14001 accredited through JAS-ANZ certifying body, International Certifications.
