It serves ~2.3 million mobile and ~400,000 broadband connections with 57 consumer retail stores. In addition to consumer services, One NZ provides fixed-line and ICT services to more than 110,000 corporate, government, and small-to-medium businesses. 

One NZ led the NZ market in launching 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G and have been awarded New Zealand’s best mobile network by global testing company umlaut for four years running.  One NZ rebranded from Vodafone NZ in April 2023, and NZX-listed Infratil owns 99.9%. The company's purpose is: A better-connected Aotearoa New Zealand.
