Resilient by Design: Inner Development for Systemic Transformation
In a world that feels increasingly complex and fast-moving many of us are asking: How can I stay grounded while dealing with ambiguity and leading change?
This workshop is a space to pause, reconnect and grow – together.
Hosted by the Sustainable Business Council (SBC), this full-day Inner Development Goals (IDGs) Workshop is designed to support you as a leader, changemaker and human being as you navigate uncertainty with purpose.
The IDGs are a global initiative inspired by the UN Sustainable Development Goals, focused on the inner skills necessary, such as self-awareness, humility and trust, to meet today’s challenges with courage and compassion.
We’re thrilled to be joined by Gary Shaw, New Zealand’s first IDG Ambassador and Robin Smith, a Somatic Embodiment Coach. Together they will guide us through a day of experiential learning, meaningful conversation and inner transformation.
You’ll walk away with:
– Fresh insight into your own inner capacities.
– Practical tools to support your leadership and wellbeing.
– Resources to integrate the IDGs into your team or organisation.
– A renewed sense of connection, clarity and possibility.
While the session is evidence based and grounded in timeless wisdom, this isn’t a lecture or a theory-heavy session. It’s a human, energising and practical experience, a chance to slow down, embody resilience and leave more equipped to lead in a way that’s sustainable for you, for those around you and ultimately, for the planet.
Spaces are limited – we would love to have you join us.
